Club Team Championship

Opens March 1, 2008 and closes October 10, 2008
-No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
-At the conclusion of the competition and after the field has been determined, entry fees received from players who have not qualified for play, will be refunded.

$225 per player or $900 per team.  This includes two rounds of golf, prizes, and lunch on the final day.

-Complete entries (whether on-line, mailed or otherwise) will be accepted based on order of receipt.
-If on any day more entries are received then space will allow, a lottery will be held to fill the remaining places in the field. The remainder of those entries will be placed on a waiting list in the order of the draw.

The field will be limited to the first 100 team entries received.  All four team members must be from, and keep their USGA Handicap Index from the same club.  The club must be a current FWSGA/FSGA Member Club.

Flights will be created after the first round. They will be created based upon the teams total gross score. 

36-Holes Team Stroke Play.  The gross scores of all four team members are combined for the team score.  The team who plays the stipulated rounds in the fewest number of combined strokes is the winner.

Handicap Indexes will be verified on the entry deadline.  The event is played at scratch-no strokes awarded.

Merchandise gift certificates are awarded for the top gross finishes.  The team with the lowest gross team score is the State Champion.

All play will be from the same set of tees.  Approximately 5000-5400 yards.
