Detail:	-Complete entries (whether on-line, mailed or otherwise) will be accepted based on order of receipt. -If on any day more entries are received then space will allow, a lottery will be held to fill the remaining places in the field. The remainder of those entries will be placed on a waiting list in the order of the draw.
