Eligibility:	You must be a member of FWSGA. To become a member, please enclose a check made payable to FWSGA in the amount of $40.00 with your entry and entry fee. Application can be downloaded from www.fwsga.org
Flights:	Individuals will be flighted according to their updated USGA Handicap Index. The handicap differential between partners may be no more than ten (10) strokes. Championship Flight 0-16 Flight 1 16.1-28.0 Flight 2 28.1-40.0 Flight 3 40.1-52.0 Flight 4 52.1 and higher
Format:	Four-Ball Stroke Play.
