Eligibility	You must be a member of FWSGA. To become a member, please enclose a check made payable to FWSGA in the amount of $40.00 with your entry and entry fee. Application can be downloaded from www.fwsga.org.
Flights	Individuals will be flighted according to their updated USGA Handicap Index.The handicap differential between partners may be no more than ten (10) strokes. Championship Flight 0-16 Flight 1 16.1-28.0 Flight 2 28.1-40.0 Flight 3 40.1-52.0 Flight 4 52.1 and higher
Format	Four-Ball Stroke Play.

Practice Rounds	Practice rounds can be made the day before for a fee of $25 + tax. Call pro-shop to make tee times.
Prizes	Gross and Net Prizes awarded in each flight. Flight winners will receive invitation to Final District Championship.
