You must be a member of FWSGA. To become a member, please enclose a check made payable to FWSGA in the amount of $40.00 with your entry and entry fee. Application can be downloaded from www.fwsga.org. |

Individuals will be flighted according to their updated USGA Handicap Index. The handicap differential between partners may be no more than ten (10) strokes.
