Eligibility	You must be a member of FWSGA. To become a member, please enclose a check made payable to FWSGA in the amount of $40.00 with your entry and entry fee. Application can be downloaded from www.fwsga.org
Flights	Individuals will be flighted according to their updated USGA Handicap Index. Championship Flight 0-8 Flight 1 8.1-14.0 Flight 2 14.1-20.0 Flight 3 20.1-26.0 Flight 4 26.1 and higher
Format	Individual Stroke Play.
Location	Stoneybrook Golf Course 8801 Stoneybrook Boulevard Sarasota, FL 34238-5803
Number	Field will be limited to first 144 entries.
Prizes	Gross and Net Prizes awarded in each flight. Flights winners will receive invitation to Final District Championship.
