Eligibility	You must be a member of FWSGA. To become a member, pleaseenclose a check made payable to FWSGA in the amount of $40.00with your entry and entry fee. Application can be downloaded from www.fwsga.org.
Flights	Individuals will be flighted according to their updated USGA Handicap Index. Championship Flight 0-8 Flight 1 8.1-14.0 Flight 2 14.1-20.0 Flight 3 20.1-26.0 Flight 4 26.1 and higher
Format	Individual Stroke Play.
