| Entry and Closing Dates | Opens March 1, 2006 and closes April 21, 2006. -No entries will be accepted after the closing date. -At the conclusion of the competition and after the field has been determined, entry fees received from players who have not qualified for play, will be refunded. |
| Entry Fee | -Championship Flight Qualifiers - $245 (Includes cart fee for Qualifying round, Days 1 and 2) -Non-Qualifiers - $220 (Includes cart fee for Days 1 and 2) -All matches played after Day 2 will require an additional cart fee of $30 plus tax to be paid in the Pro-Shop. |
| Entry Priority | -Complete entries (whether on-line, mailed or otherwise) will be accepted based on order of receipt. -If there are more entries received from players with the same handicap index then places available, a lottery will be held to fill those remaining places in the field. The remainder of those entries will be placed on a waiting list in the order of the draw |
| Field and Requirements | Lowest 96 handicap indexes will be accepted.(Indexes will be updated on April 21st) |
| Format | -Stroke Play - Qualifier for Championship Flight ONLY -Match Play - All matches played at scratch within Flights |
| Handicap Requirements/Flights | -Players may elect to participate in the stroke play qualifier for the Championship Flight. -The lowest 32 gross scores will play in the Championship Flight and will be eligible for the Championship title. -All other players will be placed in Flights based on their Handicap Index. -Players losing in the first round of Match Play will automatically be placed in the Consolation Flight and continue play until they lose. |
| Practice Rounds | -May 7 - Qualifiers for Championship Flight -May 8 - Non-Qualifiers (afternoon) Practice round cart fee of $30 plus tax will be collected in the Pro-Shop. |
| Prizes | -Players who win three or more matches will be eligible for prizes. -The State Champion will receive a gold pendant. The Runner-Up will receive a silver bracelet with a pendant. -All Flight winners will receive a golf medallion and the Runners-Up will receive a silver bracelet with a medallion. -The Championship Flight Semi-Finalist, the Consolation Winner and Consolation Runner-Up will receive a Gift Certificate. -Flight Consolation Winners will receive Gift Certificates. -Special prizes will be awarded to players who qualify for the Championship Flight and to the Low Medalist of the Qualifying Round. |
| Yardage | -The Championship Tees and Field Tees will be determined by the course handicaps of the accepted entries. -The Championship and First Flights will play from the Championship Tees. |
