Entry and Closing Dates Opens March 1, 2005 and closes July 22, 2005
-No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
-At the conclusion of the competition and after the field has been determined, entry fees received from players who have not qualified for play, will be refunded.
Entry Fee $320 per team (Cart fees are included for two rounds)
Entry Priority -Complete entries (whether on-line, mailed or otherwise) will be accepted based on order of receipt.
-If on any day more entries are received then space will allow, a lottery will be held to fill the remaining places in the field. The remainder of those entries will be placed on a waiting list in the order of the draw.

Field and Requirements The field will be limited to the first 50 team entries received.

Flights -Flights will be determined by the updated, combined handicap indexes.
-Flights will comprise of teams with the same or similar combined handicap indexes.
Format 36- Holes Four-Ball Stroke Play

Handicap Requirements -The maximum handicap index allowed will be 34.0 for each player.
-The handicap differential between partners may be no more than eight (8) strokes.If the differential is more than eight (8) strokes, the higher handicap will be reduced to allow for the eight (8) stroke difference.
Practice Round August 5-Practice round fee of $$25 (plus tax) will be collected in the Pro-Shop.

Prizes -The team with the lowest Overall Gross Score will be the State Four-Ball Stroke Play Champion.
-The State Champions will each receive the Overall Winner?s Prize and a Gift Certificate.
-All top Gross Score finishers in each Flight winners will Gift Certificates.

Ties: In the event of a tie for State Four-Ball Stroke Play Champion, there will be a hole-by-hole sudden death playoff. All ties within the Flights will be treated equally and the prize pay-out will be shared. i.e.: 3 way tie for 2nd will share 2nd, 3rd, 4th place prize.

Yardage Championship Tees- 5,500-5900 yards
-Teams with a combined USGA Handicap Index of 14.0 or lower will play from the Championship Tees and will be eligible to compete for the Championship Title.

Field Tees- 5,000-5,400 yards
-Teams with a combined USGA Handicap Index greater than *14.0 will play form the Field Tees and will be eligible to compete for Flight Awards.
* May opt to play from the Championship tees
