Entry and Closing Dates	Opens March 1, 2005 and closes June 22, 2005 -No entries will be accepted after the closing date. -At the conclusion of the competition and after the field has been determined, entry fees received from players who have not qualified for play, will be refunded.
Entry Fee	$215 (includes cart fee for three rounds of golf)
Entry Priority	-Complete entries (whether on-line, mailed or otherwise) will be accepted based on order of receipt. -If on any day more entries are received then space will allow, a lottery will be held to fill the remaining places in the field. The remainder of those entries will be placed on a waiting list in the order of the draw.
Field and Requirements	The field will be limited to the first 96 entries received
Flights	-Players with the same or similar handicap indexes will be placed in the same flight.
Format	54- Holes Stroke Play
Handicap Requirements	The handicap limit is 34.0
Practice Round	July 14, 2004 -Practice round fee of $25 will be collected in the Pro-Shop.
Prizes	? The State Amateur Stroke Play Champion will be the player with the lowest Overall Total Gross Score playing from the Championship Tees. The State Champion will receive a Winner?s Prize and Gift Certificate. -Gift Certificates will be awarded in each Flight to the players with the lowest Total Gross Scores. -Ties: In the event of a tie for the State Amateur Stroke Play Champion, there will be a hole-by-hole sudden death playoff. All ties within the Flights will be treated equally and the prize pay-out will be shared. i.e.: 3 way tie for 2nd will share 2nd, 3rd, 4th place prize
Yardage	Two sets of tees will be used. -Championship Tees: 5500-5900 Players with a USGA Handicap Index of 7.0 or less. -Field Tees: 5000-5400 Players with a USGA Handicap Index greater than 7.0 Players with an index higher than 7.0 may opt to play the Championship Tees.
