Detail:	-Complete entries (whether on-line, mailed or otherwise) will be accepted based on order of receipt. -If there are more entries received from players with the same handicap index then places available, a lottery will be held to fill those remaining places in the field. The remainder of those entries will be placed on a waiting list in the order of the draw
